Mr.Charis Hadjisavvas is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Astras Oncology Network and the Astras Group of Companies, a role he assumed in March 2025. Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Clarion University in the United States and an MBA from CIIM, he brings strategic thinking, organizational skills, and a human-centered approach to his leadership. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence in oncology care.

He is responsible for streamlining operations, enhancing clinical integration, and expanding strategic partnerships with hospitals, providers, and research institutions. Under his leadership, Astras Oncology Network has strengthened its position as a leader in coordinated oncology networks, offering improved access to innovative treatments and multidisciplinary care.

Mr. Hadjisavvas combines analytical thinking with a collaborative leadership style, placing emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
